Thank you for shopping at PetApples.com. We want to ensure a smooth experience for you and your pet. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, hair-free, and clean).

  • It must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees (delivery fees). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Process: Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package. You may choose your preferred carrier, but we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. How to Start a Return

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items (Clearance or discounted products).

  • Gift cards.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
